A $200 retainer is due at the time of booking and is non refundable but may be transferred to another date if notice is given at least 7 days in advance. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your session date, unless you set up a payment plan.

All sessions are subject to sales tax.

What should I bring?

All props and accessories are provided by me for your session

***However, if you want something specific and I don't have it, then the client will be charged 50% of the cost of new props. I will always confirm the prop cost with you before purchasing anything.

Make sure to bring:

*An extra bottle or 3, newborns get super hungry during sessions

*A pacifier

*extra diapers and wipes

*Any objects, outfits, or blankets you want included in the session that are meaningful to you.

Where and when do Newborn Sessions take place?

Newborn sessions can take place indoors or outdoors.  If you'd like to have your session take place in my home studio, please schedule on Saturdays with a 10 am start time or Sundays with a 1:00 pm start time. 

If you would prefer an outdoor session, the best time to schedule is whenever your baby is most likely to sleep.
 

When do I book my Newborn Session?

Expecting clients should reserve their due date in their second trimester to ensure you receive a spot on my calendar. Clients will receive a session guide with all of the information on what to expect, what to pack, what to wear, etc. Clients will also complete a questionnaire where props and colors can be chosen prior to your session so that sets can be designed and ready when your little one arrives. 

Newborn sessions are best when photographed during the first three weeks of life (pending that there are no complications). However, I do photograph newborn styled sessions up to six weeks of life (Or 12 lbs. if your baby was a preemie).
