All costumes and accessories are being purchased by Fox Tots Photography from vendors who, to the best of our knowledge, have legally requested permission from the company the costumes were inspired from. Fox Tots Photography and it's owner, heirs, licensees or assigns, are not liable in the event that a vendor is not following copyright law. All purchases are subject to sales tax.
The listed session fee is non-refundable and is required to secure your session. Session retainers must be paid within 48 hours to retain your session date. Session fees and details are subject to change at anytime - and are locked in at the time of booking your session. Editing will not begin until the contract has been signed.
